well this sucks for the people over 100km.after two years what a load.
PLEASE NOTE
Amendment to Rule #2 "Eligibility" which states that "K-Rock Rewards is open to all residents of Kingston and counties within the radio broadcast signal area". This rules has been amended to clarify the following... within a 100km radius of Kingston (Trenton - Carleton Place - Prescott).
